We understand that things happen, and sometimes you may need to cancel your registration for an event.
We offer the following refund policy:
For exhibitors and business bookings
Exhibition bookings are non-refundable after 7 days and once you have received promotions from us.
If your circumstances are exceptional, we may offer you a voucher to attend the next upcoming event.
For delegate ticket holders
- Cancellations made within 7 days of making a booking will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made after 7 days of booking will receive a voucher to attend any subsequent events.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event start date are not eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, please contact us at events@divasofcolour.com at least 30 days before the event start date. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your request.
For International Delegates
In the event that your visa is not issued in time for the event, you may defer your registration. You may choose to apply this to our next event of choice or to the following year’s edition of the same event. Please contact our events team for support.
Exceptions
We may offer full refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event start date in the following cases:
- The event is cancelled.
- The registrant has a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, upon receiving satisfactory proof of the circumstance.

Processing Fees
A processing fee of 20% will be deducted from all refunds.
