About the brand
Anakra is a play on word derived from the well known African cloth ‘Ankara’. The brand incorporates traditionally inspired African printed fabric with more European patterns. Recently, we have introduced the Lagos Edit collaboration which showcases versatility through non African prints. Our brand harmonises fashion with interior decor pieces and jewellery which allows an overall african feel. This we have accomplished by working with various niches like African basket. We are delighted to showcase Africa through a multi-faceted lens.
