Emily Mei Carter is a human experience architect. Half her career history involves marketing and communications management, where she worked with customer and partner experience, stakeholder communications, journey mapping and brand management.
The other major part was workplace safety and risk, where she focused on leadership, workplace culture, management systems and workplace mental health. She has now brought together these two areas of knowledge to the emerging field of human experience management.
Emily is a qualified trainer as well as a certified team dynamics facilitator. She is highly focused on targeted communications and treats continuous improvement as a way of life. Her vision is a future where no system causes harm through bad design.
