If you have registered to attend the Divas of Colour festival Day 1 – Saturday, 24th March 2018, then this message is for you.
Thank you for registering to attend this year’s festival. We look forward to seeing you. Due to high volume entry, we may not be able to send out confirmations to everyone especially late registrants, therefore, do make note of these details below and please do pick your entry ticket at reception on the day.
Below is a rough guide to what to expect and other information you may require.

Event: Divas of Colour Festival
Date: 24th March 2018.
Venue: Queen Elizabeth ii Centre
Broad Sanctuary, Westminster, London SW1P 3EE.
Timings
Arrival/registration Time: 11.30am
Refreshment – served at 12.00 to 1.00pm.
Music & Fashion show – 2.00pm
Event ends at 5.00pm
Dress Code:
– Smart/Casual, traditional.
(No boots and trainers, no football club jerseys, no helmets please.)
Parking :
Please note that there are no free parking space at the venue. We advise drop off and off load only. Alternatively, you may wish to delivery your goods day before. If you would like to do this, make sure to inform us asap so we can notify the venue.
Transportation:
Best mode of transport to the venue is by train/tube.
Nearest station is – Westminster (On Zone 1 –
Jubilee line , circle and district line. About 3 to 5 minutes walk from the station is the venue facing adjacent the cathedral – Westminster Abbey
Security.
Due to security, every individual entering the venue must be registered on our list otherwise the venue may ask them to leave. Please ensure that all members of your staff are registered and at all times are wearing their event badges.
