Divas of Colour presents The Young LeadHER Summit, our exclusive one-day intensive designed to transform raw potential into professional growth. This is a high-level induction into the world of global leadership.

    We equip young girls (13–18) with the global currency needed to navigate high-stakes environments. Focusing on strategic professional development over basic empowerment to ensure our delegates are ready to compete and succeed on at any level.

    To excel at the highest levels of industry, whether it is politics, and innovation, the leaders of tomorrow must move with confidence, speak with authority, and connect with purpose.

    LocationAll our events are held in a secure, premium venue in London with excellent transport links.
    • My daughter is shy, will she fit in? – Answer: Our masterclasses are designed to build confidence in a supportive, high-calibre environment. The event is designed to help them get real life ready, build sense of responsibility and independence.
    • Is there a bursary scheme?– We currently do not have bursary available. We appeal to corporations for sponsorships. In event there are any sponsorships we will extend those to delegates.
    • Can I stay for the day?– We operate a parent drop-off/pick-up policy. You are however invited to the final Grand Pitch presentations.

    We welcome international participation and collaborate with individuals, organisations, and educational groups seeking to provide their students with a globally attuned leadership development opportunity.

    Due to the rigorous nature of our safeguarding protocols, international applications are managed on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to ensuring that every delegate arrives safely and receives premier care and supervision throughout their stay in the UK.

    At Divas of Colour, we have observed that while young Black girls possess immense natural brilliance, they are often underserved in the area of “soft-skill” professional socialisation. The Young LeadHER Summit exists to bridge this gap.
