Inside Out is a Divas of Colour’s confidence-building retreat programme that focuses on trauma healing to help participants feel more secure and self-assured.

It is based on the idea that unresolved trauma can significantly undermine a person’s self-esteem and ability to function effectively in the world.

Inside Out helps participants to address the root causes of trauma with the aim to rebuild confidence from a solid foundation rather than simply offering superficial coping mechanisms.
