Honorary Fellowship
The Honorary Fellowship is the highest distinction bestowed by invitation. It is reserved for individuals who have achieved international acclaim or have made monumental contributions to the advancement of women of colour, regardless of their prior length of membership.
Executive Fellowship
The Executive Fellowship is designed for high-achieving corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, and senior professionals who have mastered our Connect, Learn, Grow framework. These are the Pioneer Members, also through selection only.
Impact Fellowship
The Impact Fellowship is our flagship leadership incubator designed for high-achieving women of colour who are ready to transition from professional success to institutional influence.
