Parbej’s dedication to mentoring and empowering women, minorities, and early career professionals is at the heart of his professional ethos. He actively seeks to dismantle barriers and create pathways for diverse talents to flourish, particularly in spaces where minorities, women, and other marginalised groups have been historically underrepresented. His efforts are geared towards tacit knowledge sharing and building a more inclusive, equitable, and vibrant corporate landscape where every voice is heard and valued.

He holds various university qualifications in business and economics at Loughborough University and the London School of Economics, as well as other academic institutions and professional bodies. Parbej has a relentless pursuit of knowledge and excellence in the fields of management, business, and economics. Beyond his primary career, he is an accredited Coach and Mentor from the University of Cape Town and an award-winning Professional Mentor. He is dedicated to raising the consciousness of emerging leaders and fostering an environment of growth and development.

Parbej was a key member in the corporate development and the winning bid for the Fourth National Lottery Licence Competition between 2020 – 2022 for Allwyn Group. He was part of the UK’s founding team member in their brand and served as Head of Business Management in the CEO’s Office.

Outside of his professional endeavours, Parbej is deeply rooted in his personal life as a devoted husband and father of four young children. His family values mirror his professional commitment to nurturing and supporting growth, reflecting a balanced integration of personal and professional life that inspires those around him.
