Melissa Lewis is a Forbes featured Entrepreneur and Founder of ML Property Venture. Coming from an HR background and the confidence from purchasing her property at the age of 26; she leveraged her knowledge surrounding property to join an online estate agency as a franchisee. After developing relationships with investors and building her network, Melissa then took the leap out on her own to form ML Property Venture.
ML Property Venture sources investment properties & sites for new & experienced investors and developers. They also manage their portfolio of R2R Houses of Multiple Occupancy.
Following the success of their investment discovery calls, they now offer tailored 1:1 strategy calls and are launching a course on how to get started in property investment, and how it can build the foundations of generational wealth.
Outside of all things property (which Melissa admits she’s semi-obsessed with), she loves to stay in: read or watch Netflix; and go out, grab a cocktail, and do things (Mini golf, bowling, pool, etc).
