Charity Moyo – Speaker
Charity Moyo, an internationally recognised women’s wellness advocate, educator, researcher and public speaker, has over two decades of experience in professional bra fitting and breast health education. She is the CEO and founder of Glance Intimate, an innovative business that promotes breast health awareness, proper bra fitting, and body confidence among women and girls.
Charity’s research focusses on “The Psychosocial Impact of Life Transitions on Breast Health, Body Image, and Bra Fitting Practices Among Women Aged 18+.”
She has a background in Criminology and Psychology (BA Hons) and a master’s degree in psychology. Her unique skill combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience, having managed big lingerie brands and taught many lingerie fitters within the UK and Zambia.
Charity’s work has been highlighted in health events, women’s forums, and community outreach efforts around the United Kingdom and Zambia. Her objective is to break the stigma, promote awareness, and change the policies surrounding bra and breast health education, beginning in the classroom.
She believes, ‘Bra fitting is more than just a fashion statement; it provides essential support. A well fitted bra improves posture, relieves discomfort, and boosts confidence, which spreads across the boardroom and beyond.’
