1. Purpose and philosophy
Divas of Colour is the leading international community-driven platform dedicated to the empowerment and advancement of women. Our endorsement is a mark of prestige and trust. To ensure our recommendations carry genuine weight, they are reserved for individuals who demonstrate a consistent financial and active commitment to our mission. We prioritise long-term relationship building over one-off appearances to ensure the highest standards for our global network.
2. Our commitment to mutual growth
We view every speaking and contribution opportunity as the start of a partnership. To maintain the integrity of our brand and the value of the testimonials we provide, we recognise contributors through two primary pathways:
The Premium Member Pathway: For those invested in the sustained growth of the community through active Premium Membership.
The Strategic Contributor Pathway: For those who provide significant “sweat equity” or support through sponsorship, recurring volunteering, or frequent content contributions.
3. Engagement Cycle requirement
For all contributors, eligibility is finalised only after a six-month observation period to ensure the relationship is reciprocal. During this cycle, the individual must complete at least one of the following Value-Add tasks:
- Mentor a community member.
- Host a Power Hour session.
- Attend two to three additional events.
- Deliver at least two more speaking sessions.
- Has shown significant engagement with our content in the last 6 months since their first appearance.
4. Recognition Tiers

5. Requesting an Endorsement
Contributors who have met the above criteria are welcome to request a formal testimonial. For those at the beginning of their journey with us, we look forward to supporting your growth through the Engagement Cycle as we work toward a formal endorsement together.

6. Terms of Revocation
Divas of Colour reserves the right to withdraw any endorsement if an individual’s conduct falls out of alignment with our values or if their active engagement ceases. Should we choose to formally disassociate from such individuals or organisations, we reserve the right to issue a public statement via our website, newsletter, and social media channels.
