- A hanging rack. (We do not provide steam iron or any electrical devices for designers.
- VIP designers receive space in our exclusive showroom, an opportunity for interaction with the media, etc.
For Standard Exhibitor
- Tables – size (approximately 6×8 and table cover. 2 chairs.
- A space for a banner stands only.
For VIP Exhibitor
Space enough for two tables put together, up to 4 chairs if needed. (You may wish to use your own branded display rack.
5 complimentary standard tickets.
Complimentary refreshment for 2.
Space for 2 banner stands.
Can I bring our brand display rack?
Yes, you can. However, you cannot occupy other exhibitors’ spaces. You might have to give up a table if you wish to use your rack.
How many members of staff can a brand bring?
- Maximum 2 staff per standard exhibitor.
- Maximum 4 staff per VIP exhibitor.
Will you provide food and refreshment for designers and exhibitors?
- Yes. VIP exhibitors and designers will be served some refreshments during the day. Standard exhibitors may wish to upgrade with a ticket fee of £50.

Please note: There are no refunds for exhibition and showcasing registration fees except where we have cancelled an event out of our volition. In case of natural disaster, or government policy as in the case of the covid19 pandemic, we will always re-schedule the event and you also can defer your exhibition or showcase to the next event.
