Prof. Dame Donna Kinnair (DBE) is the Director of Nursing Services, Policy and practice England. She advised the Prime minister’s commission on the future of Nursing and Midwfery in 2010. Also was a key adviser in the Victoria Climbie enquiry. Prof. Donna has been through all the stages, from the lowest in the profession to become the woman at the top.
Her leadership style is particularly of interest to me and her personal approach to issue which has brought her to this height.
Dame Donna will be receiving a Legend recognition at the C. Hub magazine Creativity award (CA award) in November 2016, at Hilton Hotel Tower Bridge, London.
