Olutayo Arikawe
Appointed to receive Women of Honour Recognition also nominated for Leadership Diva.

Olutayo is the MD at LT Coaching and Consulting Ltd, an Independent Consulting Firm where she coaches women to optimise their potentials and achieve their dreams. She has helped women to start their own businesses and achieve success in their chosen careers. She has been an inspiration to women of colours to break barriers in their chosen fields.

She also works as the Superintendent Pharmacist at Priory community Pharmacy, managing, coaching and training staff to attain optimum performance. She previously worked as a Cluster Lead Manager, managing 13 pharmacies for LloydsPharmacy.

In addition, she works as a visiting lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton.

She is passionate about people and her community.  “I am a motivated woman with real passion for management and the ability to develop and grow businesses. I possess a good team spirit and excellent leadership qualities.”
